After the hailstorm
Hail Damage Repair in Lowry Crossing, Mapped Before We Start
When a storm leaves the hood looking like a golf ball, you get a written dent plan first and a progress call at each stage after that.
Tell us how the storm hit your car at (000) 000-0000Hail Repair Without the Guesswork
Hail rarely hits just one panel, so the first thing we hand you is a sheet listing every panel, its dent count and our plan for it. Most dents come out with paintless tools that push the metal back from behind, which keeps the factory finish in place. A few may need filler and paint, and we flag those on the plan instead of surprising you with them later. Storms sweeping in from the north end of Lake Lavon can catch cars anywhere between Princeton and McKinney. As the work moves along, you hear from us at teardown, when parts are ordered, when dent work wraps up and at the final check. If anything on the plan changes, we explain why in plain words before we move forward.
Pieces of Your Hail Repair Plan
Each line below shows up on the written plan, so you can follow progress as we call with updates.
Dent tally for every panel
We log each dent by panel and rough size under bright inspection lights, and that tally becomes the backbone of your estimate.
Paintless push from behind
Where there is access behind a panel, slim rods massage the metal out slowly so the original paint never gets sanded.
Pull tabs on sealed areas
Roof rails and double-walled spots get glued tabs and a puller, then the glue is released cleanly without harming the paint.
Headliner and trim removal
Getting tools behind a roof often means lowering the headliner, and we note every clip and panel so it all goes back snug.
Fill-and-paint for cracked spots
Large dents that split the clear coat get conventional repair and a color match, and we tell you which panels those are up front.
Roof skin replacement when needed
If a roof is stretched past what dent tools can fix, we show you why and walk through what replacement involves.
Moldings, lamps and mirror caps
Hail cracks plastic too, so we look over lights, mirror caps and moldings and list anything that needs a new piece.
Reflection board final pass
Before pickup, each panel goes under a lined light board so any leftover high or low spot shows up and gets worked again.

Look, count and write it down
After the storm moves on, roll the car in and we put every panel under the lights. You leave with a dent count and a plan that says which method fits which panel. If you have a claim number, the same sheet goes to your adjuster.
- 02
Teardown and parts check-in
Trim, lamps and the headliner come out so we can reach the backs of the panels. Anything cracked or brittle gets ordered, and we call to tell you what was ordered and when it lands. Hidden dents found during teardown go to the insurer as an added item, and you hear about them from us first.
- 03
Dent work, paint and final review
Dents get worked panel by panel, and any panels on the paint list head to the booth after that. After reassembly, the car gets the light-board pass. At pickup, we show you the plan with every item closed out.
Why Hail Customers Like Working With Us
A plan you can hold
You leave the first visit with the dent count in writing, not a vague promise. Every later update refers back to that same sheet.
Factory paint kept wherever possible
Paintless work comes first on every panel it fits. Paint only enters the picture when the metal or finish leaves no better choice.
Changes explained before they happen
If a panel moves from the paintless column to the paint column, you hear the reason before any sanding begins.
